1816 Musket with Bayonet
This musket is based off of an antique owned by Myles Cupp of SoCal Swords in size and proportions. Instead of the classic spring-plunger, Blackfencer has created a synthetic bayonet with a high degree of flexibility. It's important to keep in mind that the rifle itself is heavy and would be very dangerous to use with butt-strike techniques or other impacts. The bayonet comes with a pin and holes pre-drilled in the collar. You just need to drill the hole through the rifle "barrel" to pin your bayonet in place semi-permanently for maximum durability.
Musket length: 146 cm.
Musket with Bayonet length: 185 cm.
Bayonet length: 43 cm.
Musket Thickness: 25 mm.
Weight: 2 kg. Musket with Bayonet.
Flexes well enough for fairly earnest sparring. Would recommend.
have not had it long but it seems to be a great piece and handles well!!!!
