Ensifer Talhoffer Messer

A very high quality and well built Messer, It feels light in the hand as expected but with quite a bit of blade presence, the sword is lively and naturally wants to rotate forward into the cut. I thought it would be light over all but pleasantly surprised with how much weight is felt in the blade. The grip and wooden scales are well executed and of course accomodate all sorts of gloves and gauntlets, The guard and nagel are solid and thick. No rattles and looseness in this sword, in fact it rings out beatifully when struck. Feels like a proper weapon.

Incredibly pleased with this sword, it handles wonderfully. light, fast, and with great flex in the thrust. one of my club instructors went so far as to say "it's the best messer"
